Simply fill out our easy online order form with your event details, rental dates, delivery address, and any special requests. We’ll make sure every detail is just right so your announcement is as unique as your little one.
Step 3: Enjoy Delivery & Keepsakes
We take care of everything – from delivery and installation to pickup when your rental ends. You’ll also receive a personalized keepsake bundle to remember this sweet milestone for years to come.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: When should I reserve a stork?
We accept reservations for scheduled events and births. For surprises, call us as soon as the baby arrives, and we’ll do our best to set up the sign within 1-3 days.
Q: How long can I rent the stork sign?
Our standard rental for birth announcements is 7-14 days. For events, we offer a one-day rental option. Contact us for more details about customizing your rental.
Q: Where will the sign be placed?
 By default, the sign is installed in the front yard for easy visibility. If you prefer a specific spot, let us know ahead of time, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Q: How do I place an order and pay?
 You can place an order here. We accept payment via credit card via Square on our website. Payment must be completed before scheduling your delivery.
Q: What is your service area?
We serve Germantown, Collierville, Memphis, Piperton, Rossville, Eads, Lakeland, Arlington, Millington, Bartlett, Cordova, Byhalia, Lewisburg, Hernando, Southaven, Olive Branch.
Q: How much does a stork sign cost?
 A 7-day rental is $95 and 14 day rental is $150, including a personalized bundle to keep. We have a small delivery fee if your home is beyond 10 miles of our location.
Q: What are the costs for sibling stars, dog bones, and cat signs?
Sibling stars, message signs, dog bones, and cat signs are $25 each and are personalized keepsakes left at the end of the rental.
Q: What if I have twins, triplets, or more?
We offer separate stork signs for each baby, with a personalized bundle for each. Contact us for details on special pricing for multiple births.
Q: Do you offer stork signs for grandparents?
 Yes! Proud grandparents can rent stork signs for 7 days, starting at $75 for a generic bundle or $95 for a personalized one. The bundle is yours to keep after the rental.
Q: What are the cancellation terms?
 Full payment is required 24 hours before the delivery date to avoid cancellation. We’ll send a reminder beforehand. If you have any concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Q: What is your refund policy?
No refunds are issued for issues like lack of access to gated communities, homeowner refusal, or unsafe conditions (e.g., aggressive animals). Extreme weather preventing setup will also result in a full refund.
